This update brings a new screen for easier viewing of pre-booking emails and proximity search for scheduling in delivery events. This update will be live from 27/06/2024.

Features
- Delivery Events – Can now search via proximity of already manifested sites to set a date and route when creating or amending delivery events.
- Manifest Items – New report for viewing all items delivered within the given date range.
- Pre-bookings – There is a new screen for viewing all pre-bookings and when they are scheduled to be sent. The existing pre-booking tab on the Manifest (Routes) screen is unchanged.
Enhancements
- Account Codes – Larger email box on the popup to better display multiple email addresses.
- Invoices – Can now amend the PO number for each invoice line, it will still default to that of the associated Agreement for that line when first created.
- Invoice Account – New sync button for quickly synchronising the invoice account with your accounts package (Where applicable).
- Invoice Account – New filter for searching via “Is Posted”.
- Manual Invoices – Can now amend the due date, it will still default to the settings for the selected account.
- Manual Invoices – Larger email box to better display multiple email addresses.
- Stock – New sync button for quickly synchronising the stock item with your accounts package (Where applicable).
- Stock – New filter for searching via “Is Posted”.
- Waste Returns – Will now include a total amount of tonnes column on the report alongside the actual unit for the items.
Bugs fixed
- Agreements – Go to links for Agreement Number will now go to the correct screen for that agreement.
- Manual Invoices – Amending an item will no longer show an edit level mismatch error.
- Filters – Number type filters will no longer allow invalid characters to be entered.
- QuickBooks – Service stock items will have the correct tracking date set.
- Route Optimisation – Refresh directions will now update the arrival times for each site.
