This update introduces the option to create “Custom Price Rules” for companies on specific stock items, along with several other improvements, including the initial implementation of more straightforward filtering on the Sites and Agreements screens.

Features
- Custom Price Rules –
- New screen in the Stock area for creating price rules for a company at any level.
- You can view matching agreement items beneath that company for each of their rules.
- On each rule any agreement items set to a different price will be highlighted.
- Apply the rule to all matching agreement items in one go.
- When adding items to an agreement for a company that has price rules those stock items will be displayed for selection first. You can skip that selection page if necessary.
- Only users with the Stock Manager and/or Accounts Manager roles can create, modify, or delete rules, while only those with the Accounts Manager role can apply these rules to existing items.
Enhancements
- Agreements – All agreement screens now have a new “Find” filter instead of having reference, name etc all split.
- Cost Center – Now displays the site yearly total in its own column.
- Geocode – Next/Accept/Cancel buttons when doing multiple geocodes in one go.
- Invoices – Can now display Item Notes on the invoice report layout.
- Invoices – “Resend” button on the options menu of the invoices screen.
- Invoice Events – Will now come out with the earliest event date at the top of the grid.
- Notes/Tasks/Activity – Subject column now displayed in its own column.
- On Request – New report for viewing all on-request only items on main reports menu.
- Overview – Now includes agreements on the overview tree.
- Portal – Renamed “Can view documents” to “Can access documents area” for clarity.
- Sites – Location No column added to sites grid.
- Sites – Viewing site on map will now have the improved layout from geocoding.
- Sites/Site Delivery – Now have a new “Find” filter instead of having reference, name etc all split.
- Sites/Site Delivery – Delivery receipts tab now displays the “Signed Date” in its own column.
- Sub-Contractor – New report on main reports menu for viewing all sub-contracted items.
- Van Loading/Picking List – Will now order pages by vehicle, then date and then route.
- Vehicle Types – Can now enter make/model/year and emissions information.
Bug Fixes
- Delivery Events – Reschedule event button will now be correctly disabled if user doesn’t have permission instead of doing nothing.
- Depot – Geocode button reinstated on options menu.
- Invoices – Export buttons now consistent between grid and details form.
- Leads – Geocode button reinstated on options menu.
- Maps – Correctly zoom to the available area on proximity searches.
- Never Allocated – Report will no longer include “On request” only items.
- Route Admin – Removing a driver will not prevent the site delivery routes from appearing in Route Admin.
