Update – Release v4.7.0

This update introduces the new and improved “Find” search filters alongside the previous “Advanced” search filters.

General – Upgraded the new “Find” search filter to accept multiple words and search against all of them.

Invoice Events – Can now select an invoice event and choose to “Mark Invoiced”.
Invoice Run – “To Create” tab is now split into standard, pro-rata and events allowing you to invoice just the pro-rata portion, just events or agreement as standard.
Invoice Run – Posting an invoice with zero items will no longer finish posting.
On Request – When adding or amending an on request only item the yearly/period total boxes will now be hidden for extra clarity.
Optimise – Refreshing directions will now refresh all of the start/job times.
Placements – Can now “Paste” a list of placements to make creating placements on a site quicker.
Reports – Updated the menu layout for items to appear in a more appropriate sub menu.

QuickBooks – Will now show a meaningful error message when there is an issue posting the invoice.
Site Delivery – Options menu will be enabled when site selected.
Stock – VAT Rate is now required on a stock item.
Tasks – Sales rep list will now only be active sales reps.
Vehicles – Can now deactivate a vehicle which has no default driver.
