We’re excited to announce the release of version 5.0.2, which includes workflow improvements across route planning and agreements, enhancements to reporting, and new usability features that make day-to-day tasks more efficient. Here’s what’s new:
What’s in This Release
Route Admin
- Resizable “Other Jobs” Grid
You can now resize the “Other Jobs” section for improved visibility when managing busy schedules. - Optimise Route – Adjust Hours by Duration
You can now amend the Adjust Hours by Duration checkbox when setting up route optimisation. Once the route has been optimised, you will now have the option to edit this setting on the toolbar. - 00:00 Driver Start Times
Drivers with a 00:00 start time will still trigger the optimisation popup, as long as it’s enabled in Admin settings. - Proximity Selector Enhancements
- Notes now span the full width of the table columns.
Pending Agreements
- New Installs Tab
A new Installs tab has been added to show any installs linked to the pending agreement. Updates made in the Items or Installs tabs will automatically refresh both views.
Agreements
- Active From Date Restored
The Active From field has been reinstated and is now visible and editable again on live agreements. - Smaller Cancellation Wizard
The cancellation wizard has been made more compact, taking up less screen space.
Manifest
- Van Loading Report – Signature Area
A new signature section has been added to the bottom of the totals pages in the van loading report.
Reports
- Agreement Length by Branch
This report now uses a landscape layout and includes the following new fields: town, postcode, start date, and active from date.
