We’re excited to announce the release of version 5.0.3, which introduces improvements to delivery scheduling and item management, along with bug fixes to ensure smoother day-to-day use. Here’s what’s new:
Site Delivery
Stock Level Prompts for One-Off and On-Request Events
Adding a one-off or on-request event now checks stock levels on save. A message will appear if the delivery would cause stock to drop below the reorder level.
Scheduled Deliveries
Scheduled Deliveries will no longer display if none of the items have an agreement start date on or before the delivery date. This change applies to both the Site Delivery and Sites screens.
Next Service Due
Next Service Due now follows the same agreement start date rules.
View Deliveries
A new View Deliveries option has been added to allow users to view delivery history for individual items. This is now available in:
- Sites
- Customers
- Contractors
- Agreements
Agreements
Item Edit Popup
The Deliveries tab has been removed from the item edit popup.
Bug Fixes
Stock – Net Price Reload
Net Price now reloads correctly from the database when re-opening a stock item.
