On every Contractor, Customer, Site and Lead there is a field for entering Key Info. This box can be used for any information that doesn’t already have a specific field.
For example, you could enter “ULEZ” into the Key Info for all sites that fall within London’s ULEZ zone. You can then search for “ULEZ” using the search filters on the Sites or Site Delivery screen to find all sites that you have marked as such.
- Click the Sales button on the main toolbar
- Click the Site Delivery tab
- In the Key Info search filter enter “ULEZ”
- Click Search
- All sites where you have entered “ULEZ” into the Key Info field will be displayed on the screen
