From the sites screen you can see all of the currently active items for a site on the dedicated Active Items tab. This tab can be enabled or disabled from the Settings screen, see Enabling the Active Items tab.
- From the home page click the Sales button on the main toolbar
- Click the Sites tab
- Search for the site that you want to view all the active items for using the search filters
- Click the Active Items tab
The process is exactly the same for a contractor or a customer from their respective screens
