Our first update of 2024 includes our first new feature of the year with the ability to add Seasonal Dates to a site’s delivery schedule. This update will be live from the 22/01/2024.
Features
- Seasonal Dates – You can now exclude specific dates from being delivered to for every Site Delivery route. Check out the video below for a detailed example!
Enhancements
- Current Week – The popup now displays all of the periods for the day you select, allowing you to easily view what is going to be scheduled for dates in advance.
- Invoice Run – The “To Create” tab will now be ordered by Account Code.
- Optimise Route:
- Now includes total mileage for the route on both Original and Optimised views.
- Now includes arrival and travel times on the Original view.
- The “View on map” function will now work the same as it does from the Sites or Site Delivery screen, allowing you to adjust the coordinates for a site directly on the Optimise Route screen.
- You can now “re-optimise” the route with the map still loaded, any changes made to the sites etc will be refreshed on screen.
- Route Admin – New delivery dates tab to show when the selected delivery is scheduled to be delivered.
Bugs Fixed
- Cancelled Items – Reports for both Contractors/Customer cancelled items will correctly show totals for each reason instead of the whole report.
- Invoices – “Go To Agreement” on right-click menu will no longer take you to sites.
- Optimise Route:
- Will no longer allow you to view a map with no route to display.
- Performing a new search or clear will toggle you back to the grid automatically instead of showing you a blank map.
- Overview – Can no longer “Go to” a folder.
