Certain sites will have restrictions on the times of year that they are available for servicing, it is particularly common with schools, camp sites and tourist attractions.
For these sites you have the ability to exclude certain dates from their delivery schedule so that the site will not be manifested on those dates.
Marking a site as requiring seasonal change
- On the home page, choose Sales and then Site Delivery
- Use the Search area to find the site you want to update
- Click Edit
- In the Miscellaneous box, check the Requires seasonal change checkbox
- Click Save
- You will now be able to Amend Seasonal Dates for delivery routes on this site from the Routes tab
Selecting the dates to exclude
- On the home page, choose Sales and then Site Delivery
- Use the Search area to find the site you want to update
- Select the Routes tab
- Select the delivery route that you want to exclude dates from
- Select the Amend Seasonal Dates button on the toolbar
- In the popup window, the calendar displays included dates in green and excluded dates in red. Find the date you want to exclude and click it to exclude it.
- When you are happy with your changes, click Save
- Your delivery route will now show the seasonal change icon to indicate that it has seasonal dates excluded from manifesting
