If a site requires a specific item or service to be delivered on an ad-hoc basis, you can schedule this using a One-off delivery event. When adding a One-off delivery event, you will need to select the stock item and quantity for delivery, and specify the placement where it should be delivered.
To schedule a one-off event, navigate to the Site Delivery tab in the Customers section.
Next, use the filters on the left to search for the site for which you want to add the delivery event. Then, click on the Delivery Events tab and select the Add One-Off Item button.
A popup will appear for you to choose the stock item you wish to use. Select one from the grid, then click the OK button.
You will then be shown the one-off popup with the item you selected filled out, it will automatically select the default placement for the site.
Enter the following compulsory fields:
- Quantity – The quantity of the item to be delivered.
- Date – The date you intend for the item to be delivered, which defaults to today.
- Time – The specific sequence on the selected date/route for delivering this item.
- Route– The designated route for delivering the item on the specified date.
Click the Save button
