Arranging a re-visit

If a site requires requires an additional service for their regularly scheduled items, you can schedule this using a re-visit delivery event.

To schedule a re-visit event, navigate to the Site Delivery tab in the Customers section.

Next, use the filters on the left to search for the site for which you want to add the delivery event. Then, click on the Placement Items tab.

In the grid, select the items that you want to add the re-visit for. Then, click on the Add Re-visit button.

You will then be shown the delivery event popup with the items you selected display at the bottom.

Enter the following compulsory fields:

  1. Date – The date you intend for the item to be delivered, which defaults to today.
  2. Time – The specific sequence on the selected date/route for delivering this item.
  3. Route– The designated route for delivering the item on the specified date.

Click the Save button

In Service Manager, you will find options to “Add Site Re-visit.” This feature simplifies the process of adding re-visits for a manifested job. Refer to the “Adding a Site Re-visit” page for more details.
