Every driver can login to the mobile application via their email address, the email they use to login then matches up with one of the driver records within Service Manager Desktop and they will see their work in the app.
Adding a driver’s email address on Service Manager Desktop
- On the home page, choose Deliveries and then Scheduling
- Click on the Drivers tab
- Using the search window find the driver to update
- Click Edit
- Enter the email address for this driver, click Save
- You will be asked if you want to activate the license from today. If so choose activate.
- The assigned email will now be used when a matching email is used to login to the mobile app
Registering a driver’s email address on Service Manager Mobile
- Open the mobile app and click Sign In
- On the login form, click the Sign Up Now link
- Enter the email address that the driver is going to use to login. This email address must be entered into the driver’s record on Service Manager Desktop.
- Once you have entered the email address, click Send Verification Code
- You will receive an email to the address you entered above, enter the code in the Verification Code box, then press Verify Code
- Now enter and confirm your password, then press Create
- You will be logged in to the app and the home screen will be displayed.
