Agreement items hold the detailed information required to both service and invoice an agreement.
Table of Contents
There are five different types of item that you can add to an agreement. It’s important to understand how each type affects the manifesting and invoicing of an agreement:
| Description | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Mats, Towels & Air Fresheners | Appears on the Manifest |
| Service Only | Waste Management Fee | Does not appear on the manifest |
| Static | Towel cabinet, Vending Machines | Does not appear on the manifest |
| One-Off | Installation Charge | Does not appear on the manifest and only gets invoiced once |
| On-Request Only | Toilet roll | Only manifests and invoices if user requests it |
