You may receive the message invalid customer name when trying to post an Invoice to Quickbooks. This is because Quickbooks uses the Company Name field and not the Customer display name field when looking up the customer from Service Manager. it is easily resolved by simply enter the Company name from Service Manager in the Company Name field in Quickbooks.
