Service Manager has a few custom keyboard shortcuts to help you toggle between views, they are listed below:
- Ctrl + D – Show the Details Form
- Ctrl + G – Show the Grid View
- Ctrl + F – Show/Hide the Search Area

In addition, common keyboard shortcuts that you already use in other applications will also work. Please see a list below of the most common ones you will use:
- Ctrl + A – Select everything within the currently selected control. For example:
- Grids – Select all of the rows in the current grid
- Text Box – Select all of the text
- Ctrl + C – Copy selected text
- Ctrl + V – Paste text
