Setting a Depot’s coordinates

When you optimise a route, if the relevant depot has coordinates set then the route will be optimised around those depot coordinates.

  1. On the Home page, click Deliveries then Scheduling
  2. Click on the Depots tab
  3. Use the search filters to find the depot you want to set coordinates for
  4. Click the Edit button
  5. Enter the depot’s address details as required, then click the Map icon
  6. A map will be displayed showing a marker for the depot’s address
  7. If you need to, you can double-click the map to move the marker
  8. When you’re happy the marker is in the correct place, click Save
