Every site can have a time window that you are able to deliver between and the route optimisation process takes these into account. If you have a site that must be completed between the hours of 06:00-10:00 you would set the Delivery From and Delivery To accordingly.
To enter access times from the Sites screen
- On the Home page, click Sales
- Click on the Sites tab
- Use the search filters to find the site that you want to set coordinates for
- Click the Edit button
- In the Miscellaneous box, enter the Delivery From and Delivery To times
- When you have entered the access times, click Save
The process above is exactly the same from the Site Delivery screen
To enter access times when creating the Site in New Agreements
- On the Home page, click Sales
- Click on the New Agreements tab
- Click the New button
- Create or select a Contractor, or if the new site is for a Direct Customer press Next
- Create or select a Customer, then press Next
- On the Sites page, click New
- In the Delivery section, enter the Delivery From and Delivery To times
- Fill out all remaining information required for the Site, then press Next
- Fill out all remaining information required for the new Agreement, then press Finish
In the Settings you can require that the Delivery From and Delivery To times are entered on sites created through New Agreements
