When you optimise a route, if the relevant driver has home coordinates set then the route will be optimised around those home coordinates.
This is especially useful when optimising manifested deliveries that have a different driver covering the work.
- On the Home page, click Deliveries then Scheduling
- Click on the Drivers tab
- Use the search filters to find the driver you want to set coordinates for
- In the grid, select the driver you want
- Click the Edit button
- Enter the driver’s address details as required, then click the Map icon
- A map will be displayed showing a marker for the driver’s address
- If you need to, you can double-click the map to move the marker
- When you’re happy the marker is in the correct place, click Save
If you make any changes to the driver’s home address, the saved coordinates will automatically be cleared for you ready for you to view the new address on the map!
