We’re excited to announce the release of version 5.0.4, which introduces a brand-new Reports screen, enhanced Agreement Wizard logic, and improvements to Customer and Contractor setup — along with general usability updates and bug fixes to ensure smoother day-to-day use. Here’s what’s new:
New Features
Reports Area
A brand-new Reports screen has been introduced.
- The new layout is card-based, making it easier to browse reports by category.
- Each report card includes a short description to help you identify the right report faster.
- A new reactive text filter allows you to instantly search by keyword — just start typing and matching reports will appear automatically.
Cancellation Reasons
A new “Is Active” flag has been added to cancellation reasons.
- You can now add and update cancellation reasons, and control their visibility using this flag.
- Inactive reasons will no longer appear in the cancellation wizard dropdown.
Improvements
Leads
When creating a new lead, the Sales Rep field will now automatically default to the current user (if the user has the Sales Rep role).
New Agreement Wizard
- For new agreements, the system will now automatically select the default invoice period from the invoice account.
- If the user changes this to a different period, a confirmation message will appear on Finish.
- For copied agreements, the invoice period from the original agreement will be retained, even if different from the account default.
- When converting a lead and selecting an existing account, the same logic applies.
- Validation errors on the final page of the wizard are now highlighted in red for clearer visibility.
Contractors and Customers
The Create Contractor and Create Direct Customer screens now include additional invoice detail fields:
- Invoice Period
- Due Date Type
- Due Date Value
Bug Fixes
Schedule Report
Fixed an issue that could cause duplicate items to appear in Schedule Reports.
