This update focuses on stability, smoother navigation between records, and a series of fixes to multi-selection behaviour across the system. It also introduces improvements to quoting, scheduling logic, driver skills, and several data screens.
Improvements
Scheduling & Reporting
Schedule Deliveries and Schedule Reports now respect moved delivery dates, drivers, vehicles and delivery events across:
- Site Delivery
- Contractors
- Customers
- Sites
Agreement Item Analysis now shows site postcode and supports postcode search.
Quoting (Leads & New Agreements)
- The contact selector now only lists contacts linked to the lead.
- If you pick a contact without an email address, a warning appears.
- If you choose to continue, an error confirms the email address is invalid.
- After sending, refreshing the search shows a note confirming the quote was emailed.
- Amending a contact on the popup now updates the selected contact when saved.
Drivers
New clickable driver skill chips.
- Skills can be added in Data → Deliveries → Types and will then appear in driver search
- Updated layout and styling for clarity
Contacts
New Amend Selected Contact link when adding a contact to a contractor, customer or site.
Route Admin
- Depot filter now shows both reference and name
- Refresh Directions updates wait times after optimising the route and adjusting job order
- Red highlight appears for any arrival times after site close
Cancellation Wizard
- Now shows service frequency on the requests page
- Window is resizable
- Frequency shown in both the request grid and the summary grid
Contractors / Customers
Active Items tab now displays site postcode.
