This update doesn’t bring any new features but includes lots of requested changes and improvements. This update will be live from the 08/03/2024.
Enhancements
- Account Codes – When selecting an account code it will now display the Next Invoice Date for that account code.
- Contractors:
- New Active Items tab, same as the one from Sites but for the whole contractor.
- Can now search via Key Info.
- Customers:
- New Active Items tab, same as the one from Sites but for the whole customer.
- Can now search via Key Info.
- Drivers – Updated labels for mobile options for extra clarity.
- E-Signatures – The request e-signature popup has been simplified, you just type an email address in now and if an existing match is found it will populate the name for you.
- Invoice Groups:
- Groups tab has been renamed to “Date Groups” with a new icon to avoid confusion.
- When amending an Invoice Date Group it will show the current date based on the master agreement.
- Invoice Run – New option on the menu to “Mark Printed”.
- Issue History – Can now select the issue type when running the Issue History reports.
- Leads – New “Leads Contact” screen which can be used to search and export contacts.
- Manifest:
- Significant performance improvements when creating the Manifest or Delivery Events.
- Can now amend the Unit Quantity, Unit Measure and Waste Code of delivery items after they have been manifested.
- Optimise Route – New driver and vehicle columns with Go To links.
- Overview – Now shows agreements beneath each site.
- Pending – When completing an agreement, if Invoice Date Group is required for the account and there is only one it will automatically be selected.
- Portal:
- Button on the main toolbar for viewing portal users has been moved to the “Security” area.
- Can now add/remove organisations from new “Portal Users” screen in the “Security” area.
- Can now create a user completely unrelated to any organisation, a verify email will be sent when you add their first organisation.
- Routes – Can now only mark a route’s start/end point as the driver’s home address if that driver has home coordinates set.
- Route Admin – Can now search via Key Info.
- Schedule Reports – Now show a subject to change note in the footer.
- Sites – Can now search via Key Info.
- Site Delivery – Now has the site contacts tab.
- Stock – Can now add documents against stock items.
- Waste Codes – Can now add documents against waste codes.
Bugs Fixed
- Address Lookup – Will now consider whether or not the address is considered residential or not, the street and company name will be set accordingly.
- Coordinates – When viewing a coordinate on a map, if that coordinate is new or changed it will prompt the user to save if they press cancel.
- Delivery Events – Can now double click a delivery event to open the edit window.
- Drivers – Activating a license on creating a new driver will no longer cause an error.
- Leads – Copy to New Business will now correctly preserve additional information entered such as Business Type.
- My Events – Fixed issue preventing searching via Event Date filter.
- Portal – Verify emails will have the correct button links to create a new user if required.
- Roles – Adding a user to Sales Rep role will refresh sales rep combos throughout the system.
- Site Delivery – Can no longer move a placement item which is on hold.
- Users – Issue preventing a user being saved when making amendments fixed.
