This update brings a complete overhaul of the geocode process as well as a significant review into the Optimise Route process to improve clarity on exceptions. This update will be live from the 03/05/2024.

Enhancements
- Addresses – Changing an address will now log details of the change in the Notes.
- Agreement Items – The period total for each item will now be displayed on the agreement item edit form.
- General – Improved selected tab highlighting and the toggle grid buttons are now different colours.
- Optimise Route – “Was 1” info now in a separate column from sequence.
- Optimise Route – Postcode now in a separate column from address.
- Optimise Route- Start and arrival times will now be calculated on Original route.
- Optimise Route – If a driver has their start time set to 00:00, the working hours will not be enforced. The start time for the driver will be calculated based on their arrival time at the first site.
- Optimise Route – Improved messages if the requested optimise is obviously invalid, IE site is not open during driver’s hours.
- Sites – Can now enter a “Location Number” to a site. This is searchable on both the Sites screen and Agreements screens.
- Stock – Can now amend an agreement item directly from the stock screen.
Bugs Fixed
- Delivery Hours – Fixed issue where certain Manifest searches would fail on older sites with delivery hours.
- Manifest (Routes) – If a delivery is unable to found it will not load incorrect delivery lines.
- Optimise Route – If starting from driver home/depot with no coordinates start time will now display correctly.
- Optimise Route – Will no longer fail on single point routes.
- Portal – Will now send out correct email for new users on requesting an e-signature.
- Stock – Updating a stock item will no longer try and post the stock to an accounting package incorrectly.
