This update brings new screens for both manifested items and invoice events as well as a restructuring of the main toolbar. This update will be live from the 27/05/2024.
Features
- General – We have had a revamp of the main toolbar. The sub menus for Sales and Deliveries have been removed and put directly on the toolbar; this will save you lots of clicks! The Current Week is now displayed in the middle of the screen and has a dedicated button for viewing the calendar, the my tasks Link has been moved to the right hand side of the screen.

- Invoice Events – New screen for showing invoice events, this gives extra clarity on both existing “One-Off charges” added directly to agreements and the new Variable Invoice on delivery stock items.
- Manifest Items – New screen for showing manifested items, allows for easy searching of certain items with a given criteria.
Enhancements
- Geocode – Will now show all results of the geocode with a colour coded match confidence score.
- Invoice Accounts – Can now amend invoice date and period on agreements directly from the account codes tab.
- Invoice Accounts – Can now amend individual invoice on agreements directly from the account codes tab.
- Invoice Accounts – New checkbox to display is the invoice account is matched in accounts package (Where applicable).
- Manifest – All manifest screens now have a from/to date filter. By default the from date is set to today as it was previously.
- Manual Invoice – When selecting an invoice account, if there is only one account code for that account it will automatically be selected for you.
- Manual Invoice – Can now export to csv ready to be imported into accounts packages (Where applicable).
- New Business – New role called “New Business Sales Only” which only allows users access to My Tasks, Leads and New Business.
- Overview – This screen has been revamped completely and now has significant performance improvements.
- Stock – New checkbox on main details tab to display if the stock item is matched in accounts package (Where applicable).
- Stock – New checkbox on the Quantity tab to mark an item as being variable invoice on delivery. When these items are delivered, an invoice event will be generated ready to go on the customer’s next invoice.
Bugs Fixed
- E-Signatures – Fixed an issue with the notification email not being sent after the customer signed the agreement to let staff know that the agreement had been signed.
- Manual Invoice – Will now save invoice date and due date correctly when amended.
- Optimise Route – Fixed issue causing a delivery to be dropped off if it had an id of exactly 1.
