Update – Release v4.5.3

This update brings the Route Admin and Optimise Route screens together, with new improvements for helping you to manage your routes.

Route Admin – Now has all of the features that were on the Optimise Route screen, as well as the ability to resequence, move jobs up and down and create jobs directly on the Route Admin screen.

Agreements – New report for detailing agreement lengths split by branch on the main report menu.
General – Invoices on main toolbar renamed to “Finance”.
General – “Time” columns for jobs renamed to Sequence for extra clarity.
Invoices – Can now amend the due date manually for manual invoices.
Manifest Items – Scheduled quantity column now displayed in the top grid.
Overview – Can now filter by Postcode.
Quotes – Can now display Stock Code on quotes.
Route Admin – Will now only show deliveries for sites with either a live or pending agreement.
Route Admin – Can now filter on “Address” field to search the full address in one go.
Route Admin – Default driver name now appears in the routes combo box.
Route Admin – New “Resequence” function on options menu to normalise the sequence.
Route Admin – New “Split Route” function on options menu for taking an ABCD, AC or BD delivery and splitting it into new routes for each part. The new routes will copy all details including allocated items.
Route Admin – New move up/down arrows for moving jobs up and down in the sequence.
Service Receipts – Can now display Business Type on service receipts.
Settings – New option for “Resequence Interval” to choose to resequence your routes and optimised routes by the set interval.
Waste Management – Consignments by date report now goes straight to Excel as the report is so large this makes it much more readable.

General – If you are creating or amending a record and change to a completely different area, you will be prompted if you are sure you want to proceed.
Invoice Accounts – Due date type and due date value will now be defaulted correctly when creating invoice accounts in certain scenarios.
Invoices – Improved performance when loading exceptionally large invoices.
Invoices – Multi-selecting invoices will correctly print the selected invoices.
Invoices – Multi-selecting invoices will no longer “jump around” on the screen.
Invoice Run – Export run to Pdf will now work correctly.
Manifest – When selecting dates for manifest reports you can now select dates that are in the same week as the adjacent month.
Manifest – Delivered Items summary report will no longer incorrectly group by waste unit when run for a specific contractor/customer/site.
Optimise Route – The sequence buttons on the optimised route tab will now correctly refresh the grid display.
QuickBooks – Rate column will now be populated on QuickBooks invoices.
Xero – Will correctly reauthenticate user when their access has expired.
