As you use the mobile app issues will be reported for site deliveries. You can view the history of the issues for a site using the Issue History report.
- From the home page, click the Customer button on the toolbar
- Click the Sites tab
- Search for the site that you want to view the Issue History for
- Click the Reports button on the toolbar
- In the popup, select the date range that you want to view issues for
- Using the Reason dropdown you can also select issues related to that Reason.
- If you would like to view all issues within the date range, leave the reason dropdown set to All
- Click the View button
