Viewing Issue History for a Site

As you use the mobile app issues will be reported for site deliveries. You can view the history of the issues for a site using the Issue History report.

  1. From the home page, click the Customer button on the toolbar
  2. Click the Sites tab
  3. Search for the site that you want to view the Issue History for
  4. Click the Reports button on the toolbar
  5. In the popup, select the date range that you want to view issues for
  6. Using the Reason dropdown you can also select issues related to that Reason.
    • If you would like to view all issues within the date range, leave the reason dropdown set to All
  7. Click the View button

You can also view the issue history for a contractor or customer by following the same process from their respective screens
