What are delivery events?

A delivery event is an additional task to be completed as part of a job. It can be scheduled alongside an existing job or as a standalone job. The various types of delivery events are detailed below.

One-off

If a site requires a specific item or service to be delivered on an ad-hoc basis, you can schedule this using a One-off delivery event. For more details, see Arranging a One-Off Delivery.

Re-visit

If you need to schedule an additional service for an item that is already part of a site’s regular services, you can schedule this using a Revisit delivery event. For more details, see Arranging a Revisit.

Installation

Before certain items can be serviced, they may need to be installed. You can schedule this using an Installation delivery event. For more details, see Arranging an Installation.

Collection

When an item is being cancelled, you may need to collect it from site if the equipment still belongs to you. For more details, see Arranging a Collection.
