You can view a site’s delivery schedule in two ways:
- Generate schedule reports for a specific site
- Internal schedule view that shows all upcoming deliveries
Viewing a site’s schedule using reports
The Site Delivery routes that have been added to a site can be viewed for a date range using the Site Schedule reports. The Summary report lists the dates you are scheduled to visit the site, while the Detailed report shows the items due to be delivered on each date.
- From the home page, click Customers on the main toolbar
- Click the Sites tab
- Search for the site that you want to view the schedule reports for
- In the popup, select the date range that you want to view the schedule for. By default, this will range from the current date to the end of the current year.
- Click Ok
- The schedule report that you selected will be displayed in a new window
You can choose to show or hide a “This schedule is subject to change” message in the footer of the schedule reports. See Displaying the “Subject to change” message on schedule reports for more information.
Viewing the internal delivery schedule
There is also the Scheduled Deliveries tab available on the Sites and Site Delivery screens, which provides an internal view of the delivery schedule across the system.
This view shows all upcoming deliveries, making it useful for planning and internal checks rather than customer-facing reporting.
