Before any driver starts their work for the day, they can clock in using the Service Manager mobile app, in this help article, we will cover how to clock in, how to log breaks, and how to check them on the Service Manager software.
Clocking in and out
When any driver starts their shift, they can clock in using the Service Manager mobile app. To do this you can click the small calendar icon on the top right of the home screen of the Service Manager app.
From here the driver can select Clock In .

The driver then will be asked to confirm the clock in to start the shift, after this the screen will display that the shift start time, as shown below.

The same is done to end the drivers shift, using the same calendar from the home screen, and selecting clock out.

Recording a break
When a driver needs to take their break during a shift, the process is the same, but we will cover it here.
From the Service Manager mobile home screen, clicking the calendar at the top right, and then selecting Take Break, this will follow with a confirm popup.

After confirming, the driver will be listed as on break, and should always end the break before continuing with any work.
When they are ready to end their break, the process is the exact same to end the break, going back to the calendar menu, selecting end break, and confirming.
After finishing a break, you will see a display of the summary of the break taken.
