Update – Release Notes v5.0.7

This release includes a range of improvements across invoicing, manifests, CRM, sites, routes, depots and reporting, with additional usability and stability enhancements throughout the system.


New Features

Invoicing

  • Invoice email status and post status now show clear status text.
  • Email failures are clickable for easier troubleshooting.

Sites

  • You can now enter or update a Premises Code on an existing site.
  • A Region column has been added to sites and site delivery lists.

Delivery Issues

  • Added option to mark delivery issues as Hide on mobile to keep mobile grids cleaner.

Manifest

  • New Picking List Summary by Driver reports for both routes and sites, summarising stock requirements per driver.

Improvements

Invoicing

  • Enhanced email handling during invoice runs for improved reliability.

Manifest

  • Installation manifests now include install requests as well as standard installations.
  • Collection manifests now include collection requests as well as standard collections.
  • Issue resolution flow improved for single sites and multiple sites.

Contacts

  • Contacts now support navigation directly to the associated organisation.

Scheduling

  • Route type dropdown is now correctly populated when editing.
  • Route Admin search has been improved, including support for more natural names.
  • Address lookup has been added when editing depots.

Analysis

  • Agreement Items Analysis layout refreshed with improved search and editing.

General

  • Various stability and data binding fixes have been implemented across multiple screens.
